Treat yourself to four days of reconnection with yourself in the soothing setting of Meezane Farmhouse, near Casablanca.
A retreat imagined and guided by Rym Renom, founder of Respira, accompanied by Ève, a yoga teacher specializing in various wellness practices, including breathwork.
On the program: yoga, conscious breathing, personal development, moments of sharing, and experiences dedicated to the harmony of body and mind.
A break to slow down, refocus, and reconnect with what is essential.
Activities are optional: everyone participates according to their own wishes.
Choose your room
- The Essential — €590 per participant in a quadruple room.
- The Harmony — €690 per participant in a triple room.
- The Cocoon — €790 per participant in a double room.
- The Individual — €990 in a single room.
Each room has a private bathroom.
Payment in full or in three installments
- 34% upon booking.
- 33% before November 30, 2026.
- 33% before January 31, 2027.
Payment links and reminders are sent by email. You pay each installment with your card; there is no automatic debit. This updated breakdown replaces the installments indicated in the brochure; the total price remains identical.

What is included
Accommodation, meals during the retreat, activities, and access to the rejuvenation spaces: swimming pool, gardens, and practice area.
Not included: flights, transfers, and mandatory travel insurance. Private transport can be organized upon request, for an additional fee.
If you need to be replaced
You may propose someone to replace you. This replacement is subject to the prior approval of the RESPIRA team. Contact us at hello@respira-retraites.com before taking any steps.
Preparing for your arrival
Welcome on April 2 at 2 p.m. Departure on April 5 around 1 p.m. Meezane Farmhouse is located about 45 minutes from the center of Casablanca.
